Refund Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be completely or partially incomplete with no completed signup payouts that ordered. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase: your credit card/paypal transaction ID, or email, or name used within the transaction.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Service ordered has been used to deliver its purpose completely.
  2. Service ordered implies end-user payouts which have been processed already.
  3. Any refund request that is submitted in more than 15 days after purchase
Refunds

Once your request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ads2life.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced services may be refunded, unfortunately sale services cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange service for another item, send us an email at support@ads2life.com and specify the replacement service you demand. Please note that the same restrictions apply as for generic refund (see above).

Gifts/bonuses

If the service was marked as a gift/bonus when purchased and assigned to your account, you may not request the refund. If bonus is accompanying the paid service, only the payment amount is the subject of refund.

Payment commissions

You will be responsible for paying any commissions for returning your service purchase which is not direct commission of the payment service we use. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
